How long have you been running? How fast are you running? What I would do, is run for your 5 minutes, or even less than at - 3 minutes. Then, I’d step off and go do some weight training for 5 minutes. Go back to running for a couple minutes longer and then go back to weight training. Repeat! Each time, up your minutes on running. :)

Nope, definitely not anorexic. I lost my weight the healthy way, up until I got real ill for a couple of weeks and wasn’t able to keep anything down. I workout while I’m at work and sometimes after. I wouldn’t say that 20lbs in 4 months is fast. I think that’s pretty average.
